Am I eligible?
Yes! If you identify with the following:
  • - Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree in Singapore; or
  • - Recently graduated with a relevant university degree in Singapore; or
  • - Recently graduated with a relevant university degree from a recognised university; and
  • - Hold a valid work visa in Singapore.

What will this cost me?
Nothing. Zero. Zilch.
  • Our services are free! 
  • We believe that investing time and resources in preparing the next generation of professionals to enter the industry is important. We have seen the valuable impact that early-career professionals can have on businesses and communities - so we want to foster that confidence in you and your potential. 
How will employers find me?
You will be represented on the Striver Platform i.e. the reverse 'job portal'.
  • What is the 'reverse job portal'?
  • Instead of the typical process that requires you (the candidate) to apply for 10s or 100s of job advertisements in hope of receiving a few interviews, you (the candidate) will only be asked to apply once and complete a standardised screening process - and the employer will come to you. 
  • How will employer come to me?
  • Once vetted by Striver and approved to access the Striver Platform, the employer will be able to view your candidate profile. The employer will be able to see all the relevant information they need to shortlist candidates and contact candidates directly to arrange interviews.
  • At this stage the pool of talent on the Striver Platform is exclusive, and you will not be competing with 100s or 1000s of other candidates for a single job.
How will Striver support me?
You will receive individualised support and mentoring through every stage of the process.
  • Striver will help you prepare your application documents, refine your interview skills and ensure that you will present your best professional-self before appearing on the Striver Platform. This comprehensive process increases your chances of being shortlisted by employers and ultimately securing the role. We will guide you through the process and you will have opportunities to upskill and elevate your profile (and overall professional development) through our suite of resources.
