Scott has worked in financial services human resources and recruitment since 2008, with graduates through to executives. Before 2008, Scott spent several years in insurance litigation and outside of Striver, he advises and consults to other businesses both in and outside the financial services sector.
He is deeply passionate about bringing employers and employees together in the financial services profession for the right reasons - that being an alignment of culture, work ethic, moral compass and the prospect of forging long term professional relationships.
Scott supports Striver clients to identify opportunities for growth and where the highest caliber graduates can prove an invaluable resource for them.
